Terms and conditions for Chocolate fountain equipment hire
All equipment remains the property of Chocolate and Beyond,

CF46 46RP.
The owner shall not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property however sustained from any goods under hire.
Damage to goods will be charged at their full replacement value, details of which are available on request.
Prices quoted are for one event hire, a typical hire period is 3-4 hours.
A non returnable deposit of 10% is required to secure the booking time and date.
In the event of a cancelled booking, a cancellation charge of 25% will be levied. Within four weeks of booking date 100%.
In the event of equipment failure or break down. A full refund for the total cost of the hire will be given.
A “no nonsense” policy is operated and aggressive, discourteous or behaviour that is deemed unsafe for operation will result in the event being terminated with no refund available.
By completing the booking form and paying a deposit you a agreeing to the terms and conitions described as above.
